Planning
The Planning Sector of Paro Dzongkhag Administration leads the formulation of five-year and annual plans, facilitates gewog planning, and coordinates development activities. It compiles progress reports, manages development data, supports budgeting and fund sourcing, and oversees monitoring and evaluation of projects.
