The Cultural Sector of Paro Dzongkhag Administration promotes and preserves Bhutanese culture through the implementation of cultural plans and policies. It fosters learning, coordinates cultural activities, promotes Driglam Namzha, and liaises with relevant agencies to strengthen and evaluate cultural programs across the Dzongkhag.

- – Co-ordinate cultural activities in the schools and institutions in the Dzongkhags
- Coordination of Chagdri
- Liaise with the HQ concerning cultural matters
