To enable effective and efficient ICT service delivery.

·Enhance  basic  ICT skills by providing trainings to non ICT staffs

·Sensitize on Google Apps to Dzongkhag users

·Improve public service delivery through innovative ICT services

·Provide basic networking  and computer operation /troubleshooting training  to CC Operators and Gewog staffs.

·The Dzongkhag ICT Sector would also  be  responsible to look after the internet downtime of CC

·Ensure compliance to e-GIF standards
