Screening Criteria:
1. For Individuals Aged 40 and Above:
• Blood Pressure Measurement
• Assessment of Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Risk Assessment for Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD)
• Blood Sugar Screening (Fasting Required)
2. For Individuals Aged 18 and Above:
• Blood Pressure Measurement
• Assessment of Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Risk Assessment for Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD)
• No Blood Sugar Screening (Fasting Not Required)
Exclusion Criteria (No need to come for screening):
• Known cases of Hypertension, Diabetes, Stroke, Cancer, or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
• Individuals currently on medication for the above conditions
• Elderly individuals aged 65 years and above who underwent screening in October 2024
