The grand Paro Tshechu began today with the NangChham coinciding with the auspicious day.
Presided over by the Venerable Lam Neten of Rinpung Rabdey, the NangChham started off after administering the Chogtam to the mask dancers and to all those involved in the Tshechu for a successful proceeding for the next five days.
