Scope of Work:
• Overall event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Logistics management.
• Crowd management and security coordination.
• Vendor and food stall management.
• Media and publicity handling.
• Waste Management.
• Public Safety and Security
Eligibility Criteria:
• Proven experience in organizing large-scale cultural events.
• Compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Registered license holder from MoIC with valid tax clearance
Submission Deadline: 31st March, 2025 before 1:00 P.M.
