To celebrate the 5th Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck, the Rinpung Rabdey, Judiciary, Armed Forces, Local Government, Regional Heads and Civil Servants of Paro Dzongkhag joined together at the Rinpung Dzong Dukhang to offer prayers, zhabten and butter lamps for the wellbeing of His Royal Highness.
